Who Do We Help?
For almost

What Do We Do For
Athletes?
We analyze their
strengths and weaknesses and teach them how to use
sport psychology tools and techniques so that they can
perform to their
fullest potential.
We focus on utilizing the athlete’s strengths to improve
their performance and I frequently train the athletes in
hypnosis, self-hypnosis,
visualization, mediation and relaxation training.
We also work on mental toughness
training and strategies for winning.
I frequently am in close contact with
coaches and parents. We form
a team to help the athlete master
the mental part of their sport.
How Is This Work
Done?
Because I have
worked with so many different athletes over the years,
a lot of this coaching can be done via phone sessions. Call 888-580-ZONE
toll-free for your free phone consultation. In other instances, athletes come to
see me in my office or I travel to events with the
athlete. People who are
unable to see me or who do not want to have phone counseling
use
Stay In The Zone program.
